The Kiwifruit Claim, an alliance of growers representing over 10 per cent of the industry announced plans to file a class action against the Ministry for Primary Industries on 29 September.
Along with Alan Galbraith QC and Matthew Dunning QC, Parker & Associates are part of the legal team running the action.
