The $20 million leaky-building claim lodged by owners of Wellington St Paul's apartments is set to settle.
What is believed to be Wellington's biggest leaky building claim is almost over, with the claimants' lawyer Dan Parker confirming, "We have very recently made a confidential conditional settlement but there is one stage to go and I expect that to happen over the next few weeks."
